TAAN planning to publish members’ directory for promotion of tourism industry

Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN) is planning to publish a Members’ Directory in order to boost the products and services that its members provide.

TAAN has plans to print some 25, 00 copies of the directory. The directory includes information about airlines, government offices, travel trade associations and diplomatic missions, among others.

TAAN has made this decision to publish the directory keeping in view that it will be useful for all the stakeholders in tourism industry as it contains information about Nepal.

The publication will also have information about:

• Visa
• Newly explored trekking routes
• Facilities along major trekking trail
• Information about TIMs card
• Trekking and expedition permits
