Nepalese Government is planning to construct six more cable cars

Targeting Visit Nepal 2011 Nepalese Government is planning to construct cable car system in six tourism centers.

• Dhunche – Gosaikunda
• Shivapuri
• Fulchoki
• Chandra-giri
• Kalinchok
• Muktinath area

As the route for Dhunche – Gosaikunda area is already confirmed, Tourism Infrastructure Development Project is preparing for construction work. Before this a private company is already running cable car service in Manakamana, Gorakha and another one at Sworgadwari, Puthan is in under construction.
