Senior Leader Girija Prasad Koirala Passed Away

Nepali Congress (NC) president Girija Prasad Koirala, prominent figure of Nepali politics passed away on 12.10 Saturday, March 21, 2010.

Eighty six year old Koirala, a five time prime minister of Nepal has been battling with poor health and recently shifted to home of his only daughter Sujata Koirala.

Funeral procession will be hold on Sunday evening, March 22, 2010 and last rites will be performed at Pashupati Nath.
