Trip Description

The Everest Base Camp trek is the most famous trekking route in the world and this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see some of the most breathtaking scenery imaginable. Nepal is a fascinating country and the trek gives an insight into the lives and culture of the Sherpa people. Our ascent is steady and well paced to best suit the acclimatization needed. Sunrise on the snow capped peaks above the Khumbu Glacier is an unforgettable sight from the summit of Kala Patthar. This trek is one for the lover of high places and those wanting to push themselves to the limit. It is a tough challenge and not to be taken lightly with generally well graded paths but some tougher sections along the Khumbu glacier.

ITINERARY
Day 01: Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) and Phakding (2610m): Fly to Lukla.
Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3446m)
Day 03: Rest day at Namche Bazaar.
Day 04: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3867m)
Day 05: Tengboche to Pheirche (4252m)
Day 06: Rest day at Pheriche
Day 07: Pheriche to Lobuche (4910m)
Day 08: Lobuche to EBC (5360m) to Gorakshep (5160m)
Day 09: Gorakshep to Kalapaththar (5545m) to Lobuche
Day 10: Lobuche to Dingboche
Day 11: Dingboche to Tengboche
Day 12: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar
Day 13: Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu: Fly to Kathmandu.
