Preparations for the Ratnanagar Mahotsav have been expedited, which is scheduled to be held from January 11-19, 2012. The festival would be organized in Tikaulichaur of Ratnanagar Municipality-7. Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai is scheduled to inaugurate the festival.
