Bus arrives from London to Kathmandu

A long awaited bus from UK en-route to Kathmandu finally arrived here on Wednesday night. The bus entered Nepal through the route of India passing through Banaras and then Bhairawa on March 25,2010.
Among the 13 passengers on the bus, a 77 year old elderly person also arrived safely while a passenger has to return back from New Delhi due health problem. Most of the passengers in the bus were British. While en-route to Kathmandu the bus surpassed 13 countries and on the 47th day it arrived to Kathmandu.
The service is operated by OZ Bus UK, which is an international travel and tourism company. The company will continue its two way tourist bus service from London-Kathmandu.
